Delivery Terms

By scheduling a delivery, you agree to the following:

• The delivery location must be safely accessible to heavy trucks
• The driver will dump material at the closest safe and accessible location, at their discretion

NOLA Sand & Gravel is not responsible for surface damage, including but not limited to:

• Driveways
• Lawns
• Curbs
• Sidewalks
• Underground utilities

Missed or failed deliveries due to access issues may still incur delivery charges.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Changes or cancellations must be requested as early as possible
• Same-day cancellations may result in fees if trucks are already dispatched
• No refunds or returns are permitted once material is delivered

Communication Standards

Our phone lines and digital channels are intended for customer service, quotes, and order coordination.

Harassing, threatening, disrespectful, or abusive behavior toward staff, drivers, or representatives will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service and/or reporting to appropriate authorities.
